A very tall outdoor pot that accommodates in its upper part a removable insert — an inner pot of medium volume in which the plant is grown. Below the insert, the rest of the pot remains empty — to be filled with substrate only in the insert, or to weight down (sand, gravel, pebbles) to improve the stability of this very tall pot.
