Q: Are the three postures sold together or separately?
Separately — each posture (on trunk, with acorn, on branch) is a distinct item at the same price. This allows you to choose only the posture or postures that suit you, or to gradually build your composition starting with one. Select your posture from the dropdown menu on the product sheet.
Q: Which posture do you recommend to start?
It all depends on the desired effect and the season. The squirrel with acorn is the most universal and the most immediately narrative — everyone recognizes this image of the squirrel storing for winter. The squirrel on trunk is the most dynamic — the upward movement creates a very effective vertical energy in a corner or against a wall. The squirrel on branch is the most poetic — perched high, it gives the impression of looking down with that characteristic nonchalance of the animal. To start, the squirrel with acorn is the most versatile choice.
Q: Is the trunk, branch, and acorn made of real wood?
No — they are made of high-density polyresin (polystone) which accurately mimics natural textures. The trunk reproduces the rough bark and knots; the branch has its characteristic irregularities; the acorn is true to its shape and proportions. The advantage is that the whole is 100% polyresin: uniform weather resistance, no risk of rot related to moisture, identical behavior between the squirrel and its decor.
Q: Can these sculptures stay outside all year?
Yes for balcony and terrace — the polyresin is tested down to -20 °C and treated for UV resistance. For a garden with full sun exposure, a slightly sheltered location will prolong the shades of red over the long term. Their weight (630 g) ensures good stability on a ledge or on the ground.
Q: Is this a good gift for someone who loves woodland animals?
It's one of the best in the squirrel range, precisely because the collection offers a choice. Choosing the posture that best matches the recipient's personality — the climber for someone active, the acorn seeker for someone prudent, the perched observer for someone contemplative — transforms a nice decorative object into a personalized gift that says something about the person it's given to.
