If your parcel arrived damaged, incomplete, or with a broken item, please notify us via the form below within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Required Photos to Upload
Important: these items are required by the carrier’s insurance in order to open a claim and proceed with a potential refund or replacement.
Any request missing these three images cannot be processed.
Please attach:
- Photo(s) of the damaged item showing the breakage or deterioration clearly
- Photo of the packaging with the shipping label clearly visible (name, address, barcode)
- A photo showing both the damaged item and the packaging with the label in the same frame
